Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine the wet ingredients first. Then mix in the dry ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes, then roll into golf-ball-sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
