Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Combine the wet ingredients first. Then mix in the dry ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes, then roll into golf-ball-sized balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
